Pre-Health Programs Course-Conflict Adjustment

LPS Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health Programs Core Studies and Specialized Studies students may request to be charged LPS tuition for a non-LPS School of Arts and Sciences course provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The student is a matriculated Post Baccalaureate Pre-Health Programs Core Studies or Specialized Studies student,
  2. The course is a course that is specifically required for completing the pre-health curriculum prior to
    applying to professional school,
  3. The course is currently offered by LPS but its scheduling conflicts with another required pre-health
    course offered by LPS.

All Course-Conflict Adjustment Requests must be received by LPS prior to the end of business on the last day of the add/drop period (typically the end of the 2nd week of classes each semester).

No Course-Conflict Adjustment Requests received after this deadline will be considered.

To be completed by the student:

(For example: ANTH, ENGL, etc.)
I believe that this course satisfies all the conditions of the Course-Conflict Adjustment Request.
