As a consultant and executive coach, Amrita partners with clients to bring sustainable solutions to solve future problems. Prior to receiving her MS in Organizational Dynamics, Amrita was Vice President, Global Strategic Talent Development for a large multinational bank, in which she led within complex global environments.

Amrita’s areas of focus include sense-making of paradoxes in organizations, inter-group dynamics, intergenerational workforce productivity as well as strategy design based on intercultural norms. Amrita is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Development at Fielding Graduate University.
