Course Description
This course is an introduction to bioethics. Topics may include procreative responsibilities, such as the question of wrongful life, and prenatal moral status, as well as questions of justice related to markets for sperm, eggs and gestation. We may also consider dilemmas at the end of life, including the authority of advance directives, euthanasia, assisted suicide, and the allocation of life-saving therapies.
