Ivy League academics—without interrupting your career
Organizational Dynamics Programs courses are designed for working professionals. Beginning fall 2026, the programs will adopt a low-residency format, with courses offered entirely online or in a hybrid format, requiring one or two in‑person weekends per term. These on-campus weekends include full‑day classes and a group dinner, providing opportunities to connect with peers and faculty while experiencing the Penn campus.*
Organizational Dynamics Programs courses may follow an Online, Hybrid I, or Hybrid II schedule.
-
Online: Three‑hour weekly synchronous online class throughout the term.
-
Hybrid I: One online introductory session, one in‑person weekend, plus 4–6 synchronous online sessions throughout the term.
-
Hybrid II: One online introductory session, two in‑person weekends, plus 2–3 synchronous online sessions throughout the term.
* To fulfill degree requirements, students must take some Hybrid I or II courses.
