Penn’s Organizational Dynamics Programs offer academic options that are available to students and professionals who are not seeking a degree. These non-degree programs leverage the expertise of the Organizational Dynamics Programs faculty to help you achieve your goals as you navigate an ever-changing and challenging professional environment.

Organizational Dynamics Gateway

In this non-degree program, you can enroll in up to two graduate courses to hone specific skills that will elevate your work life. If you are accepted into an Organizational Dynamics Programs degree after successfully completing your coursework, you can apply those credits toward the degree.

Certificate in Leadership and Organizational Coaching

This four-course graduate certificate program focuses on coaching as one of the most effective ways to develop talent, improve managerial effectiveness, strengthen organizational culture, and support meaningful change. The coursework also prepares you to embed coaching as a strategic capability within organizations, helping leaders, teams, and systems learn, adapt, and thrive.

Graduate degree options

If you’d like to explore the Organizational Dynamics Programs as a degree student, we offer the Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics, designed to enhance your ability to analyze, diagnose, and address workplace challenges. We also offer the Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics where you can deepen, focus, and extend your prior study of organizational dynamics or a related discipline.
