Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics (MSOD)
The MSOD teaches you how to understand, analyze, and address complex workplace challenges by examining the people, systems, cultures, and communication that shape organizations. Through research-based coursework and practical applications, you develop the tools to lead effectively, solve organizational problems, and apply what you learn directly to their professional work.
Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics (MPhil)
In the MPhil, you deepen and extend your understanding of organizational behavior, systems, cultures, and workplace challenges through advanced, individualized study. Applied research and analytical skills culminate in a capstone project that allows you to investigate a topic of interest and demonstrate expertise in your chosen area.
