Danielle N. Gadson, PhD, MPA is a public administrator, DEI expert, and sociologist. She holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University, and an MA and PhD in sociology from Temple University.

Through her research, she explores how social factors such as race, socioeconomic status, and neighborhood characteristics influence the efficacy of public policy initiatives. Professionally, Danielle has more than 15 years of experience in operations management both in the public and private sectors, with half of that time spent as an administrator at an urban community health center serving North and West Philadelphia.
