Megan Williams is a leader in global energy diplomacy and sustainable energy strategy, guiding governments, NGOs, academic institutions, and corporations toward solutions that balance economic, environmental, and social priorities. With more than twenty years of experience across sectors and continents, she brings deep expertise in navigating complex policy landscapes and building consensus across diverse stakeholders.

Megan began her career in the US Congress and has since collaborated with the Department of Defense, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, the European Union, and the United Nations, as well as private sector partners worldwide. A strong believer in the power of cross-sector and cross-cultural collaboration, she has worked extensively in Germany, Latin America, Scandinavia, the Baltics, Africa, and the Middle East.

An accomplished public speaker and educator, Megan has negotiated legislation, drafted trade agreements, and developed public-private partnerships on issues spanning energy, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and international commerce.
