Lecturer, Master of Environmental Studies

Kim Quick provides consulting services to organizations seeking to manage and realize performance improvements through sustainability best practices, with a particular focus in the food service and hospitality industry. Through her consulting work, she has helped a wide range of organizations align impact-focused goals with business strategies. Since 2016, Kim has taught a leadership-centered course in the Master of Environmental Studies program at University of Pennsylvania. In 2025, Kim Quick served as interim executive director of the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia (SBN) to support their leadership transition. Kim currently works as the director of sustainability for JAM Hospitality Group where she collaborates on cross-functional teams to advance the company’s goals to reduce waste, source responsibly, promote plant-forward dining, and give back to the community. Kim’s big picture purpose is to be a commitment to modeling mindful, positive, and courageous leadership in service of a flourishing world.
