Director, Employer Partnerships, MBDS
Marco Carrara is the director of employer partnerships for the Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences (MBDS) at the University of Pennsylvania.
Marco has a BSc in agricultural engineering from the University of Milan (Italy). He has held executive positions for various companies in multiple countries (USA, Italy, UK, France, Spain, and Venezuela). His main expertise is managing companies to achieve sustainable growth in line with the strategic targets of the shareholders. When tasked with a mission, he assures that every employee has the possibility to express their talents to contribute to the company’s growth.
His main focus at MBDS is to manage the capstone course, connecting students with companies and institutions, recruiting new partners to offer a broader range of work opportunities to the students, and expanding the outreach of the program.
