Cheng Yao is the Associate Director of the Fox Leadership International, working closely with the directors of Fox Leadership International. He holds a BA in English and international relations from Beijing Foreign Studies University, an MS in public relations from Boston University, and an MPA from Penn. Previously, Mr. Yao worked in higher education at Shenzhen University in admissions and also worked in the district government’s foreign affairs office.
