How will LPS be communicating with me about Virtual Graduation?
LPS graduate and undergraduate students who graduated in December 2020, or have applied to graduate in May 2021 or August 2021, will receive e-mail communication from LPS regarding the Virtual Graduation Celebration and the option to submit a request for a personalized graduate slide.
How do I submit a form for a personalized slide?
Visit the form login page included in the communication sent to your primary e-mail address. The submission deadline is Thursday, April 29th. If you experience any issues, please contact Penn LPS Records: firstname.lastname@example.org
What is included on the personalized slide?
The personalized slide will contain the diploma name from your graduation application and your degree program (you can edit your name). You will have the option to upload a photo and add a personalized message. You can find slide examples by watching the 2020 Penn LPS Virtual Graduation recording here.
What happens if I don't submit a request form?
All graduates will get a slide, regardless of whether a form is submitted. Your name and degree will still appear.

If you choose not to upload a photo and/or add a personal message, just your name and degree will be shown.
Where will the slides be shown?

When will I receive my diploma?
The College of Liberal and Professional Studies does not distribute official diplomas at the LPS Virtual Graduation Celebration. The Office of the University Secretary will begin to mail diplomas approximately eight to ten weeks following the official degree conferral date (i.e. the date appearing on your diploma). Your diploma will be mailed once you have satisfied all relevant academic requirements and if you are in good financial standing. Diplomas will only be mailed to the permanent or temporary address; additional diploma mailing information available at: https://secretary.upenn.edu/ceremonies/diplomas
International diplomas can take up to eight weeks for delivery. International students who are planning to stay in the US should designate a temporary US address in Penn In Touch or contact the Diploma Coordinator to arrange to pick up the diploma from the Office of the University Secretary.
