Linda Pennington, PhD

Affiliated Faculty, Organizational Dynamics; Concentration Lead for the Organizational Coaching and the Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching concentrations; Partner/Co-Founder, The Athena Project, LP

In her role of Concentration Lead, Linda Pennington supervises and advises prospective and admitted coaching and consulting students on courses, collaborative projects, and capstone projects. She also advises the Organizational Coaching and Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching faculty around course curriculum and alignment, ensuring integration with the other Organizational Dynamics concentrations. Linda also works with organizations outside of Penn including the Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching to ensure positive and collaborative relationships. Before joining Organizational Dynamics, Linda was Assistant Vice President at Citicorp in New York and Executive Director at several of Philadelphia's largest law firms. From Penn, Linda earned an MS in Organizational Dynamics and completed all of the coursework for the MPhil, focusing on the Coaching Concentration for both. She received her PhD in Human and Organization Development from Fielding Graduate University.
