Christina Simeone

National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Senior Transmission Planner

Christina Simeone is a Senior Transmission Planner at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Prior to this post, Christina served as the Director of the PennFuture Energy Center for Enterprise and the Environment, where she focused on energy and climate issues that impact Pennsylvania. Christina has experience in private environmental consulting; in the financial management sector; served at the Secretary’s special assistant for energy and climate change at the PA Department of Environmental Protection; and was the policy director for former Vice President Al Gore’s climate change organization the Alliance for Climate Protection. She was appointed Co-Chair of the transition review committee on the Department of Environmental Protection for the incoming Wolf (PA) administration.
